JVC presents ProHD including their GY-HD100 mini DV camera. Filmmakers who have shot with the JVC HD100 are giving it high praise. You are invited to come see and hear for yourself. Please join us for the JVC presentation on Feb. 2nd and the JVC ProHD User's Group meeting on Feb. 20th.

From HDV In The Field... To Film-out

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Andrew Young discusses his incredible journey into the backwoods of Madagascar with JVC's GY-HD1000 camcorder. Young and his crew were on assignment from the Bronx Zoo, the Wildlife Conservation Foundation, and National Geographic Television when they headed into uncharted areas of Madagascar with their HDV gear. Young's story has been featured in several leading magazines, and now you can meet him and see his results blown up to 35mm film at this special event.

Important Update:
Based on feedback we are receiving regarding the April ProHD User's Group Meeting, we have decided to skip April and plan for the May meeting. This decision was based on the fact that the April meeting is too close to the NAB convention in Las Vegas.

The May meeting should be very exciting as we discuss all of the new info coming out of NAB. (Updates to follow.)
